I focus on go-to-market strategies, fundraising, team building and team dynamics, and Board management. I help companies craft and execute their highest leverage strategies. I also serve as a sounding board. I know how hard and occasionally lonely the entrepreneurial journey can be.

I have worked with small companies in temporary roles and with large corporations as part of their innovation teams. My focus is on growth, M&A, new products and new businesses.My clients have included GE, Sears Holdings, Entercom, Bullhorn, The Washington Post and numerous small businesses.

I also lead one day or two day workshops for management teams and for VCs. For management teams, I facilitate strategy offsites and annual budget review plans, as well as overall growth plans. For venture capital funds, I have led CEO offsites and masterminds covering specific topics like leadership, goal setting, communications, and fundraising.
